Suitability & Contraindications

A thorough consultation will be completed in person to ensure you are a suitable candidate to receive this treatment.

Suitable For:

  • Normal to dry skin

  • Sparse or uneven brows

  • Shape enhancement

  • Natural aesthetic

May Not Suitable For:

  • Very oily skin types (Powder may be better)

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients

  • Active eczema or psoriasis in the brow area

  • Keloid scarring tendencies

  • Severe acne in the treatment area

  • My goal is “are they… or aren’t they?” realism. We design cautiously at session one and add more at the touch-up if needed. This phased approach ensures you are happy with the level of intensity of your eyebrows.

  • No! Most clients describe it as a very mild scratching or a 2/10 on the pain scale. We work gently and use topical numbing cream throughout to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

  • We’ll assess whether a correction or some removal first will give you the best outcome. We specialise in corrections so you’re in safe hands! Check out our page on corrections and removals on this site!

  • Typically 12–24 months before a refresh, depending on skin and lifestyle.
